Agreement ABG092, Monitoring groundwater at six closed landfills in the province of Gelderland

Reference Number: Case number 2018-010886

Sampling and analysis of groundwater from monitoring wells and / or control drainage at six (6) closed landfills, for four (4) years. Also some additional monitoring work. The monitoring plan is based on the individual aftercare plans. Sampling takes place annually in 2019, 2020 (2021 and 2022). Annual reports must be delivered before 31 December of the relevant calendar year.

The criterion for awarding is the lowest price with due regard for the CO2 Performance Ladder.

The lowest price is calculated by reducing the subscription price by the fictitious discount the CO2 Performance Ladder

Justification award criterion:

The basis of the requested work is aftercare plans that areapproved by the competent authority: the province of Gelderland. This means that the work has been described fairly accurately. In addition, the defined quality standards often apply (BRL-SIKB for fieldwork, sampling and analyzes). The application of BPKV (Best Value for Price) is not obvious in this case; the price will be the determining factor.

The tenderer (and indien applicable, each participant who cooperates in the joint venture or subcontractors) must be able to prove that he / she can be registered in the professional or trade register in accordance with the regulations of the member state of origin. This proof is not older than six (6) months from the date of registration and contains the current data.
