The UEA, whereby the tenderer declares that he / she is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.the writer must enclose a recent (max. 3 months old with respect to the opening date) extract from the criminal record issued by a judicial authority or government agency of the country of origin or origin with his quotation. The UEA, with which the entrepreneur declares that it meets the following selection criteria:
1) only for lot 1: statement regarding the average total annual turnover of the company for the last 3 years
2) Only for lot 2, lot 3: Declaration on the average total annual turnover of the company over the last 3 financial years. If his tender is invalid, the tenderer is expected to carry out a site visit. Since the board is not under any circumstances vaccept more accounts after the tenders are opened, the tenderer is asked to verify on the spot:
- the extent of the "works to be carried out", - - the degree of difficulty of the execution, - the execution risks of the contract,
- all other factors that could have a significant influence on price formationinventory are included. Therefore, no settlements are accepted for, among other things, difficulty of implementation, implementation risks of accessibility, limited passage height [... [etc.
] Failure to visit the working area of the "assignment" can lead to the cancellation of the tender. Proof of the site visit will be provided by adding the document signed in Annex C tothe quote. This can be done no later than 10 calendar days before the opening date.
The tenderer must correctly complete the certificate in appendix C.
Lot 3.
The tenderer may carry out a site visit, this is not mandatory
