The subject of the order, including each of the the distinct positions include the following activities:

Main Site: Lesovo border checkpoint, BCP-Kapitan Andreevo and Malko Tarnovo Border Crossing Point

The subject of the detached position includes the following activities:

1. Lawn mowing, harvesting and transporting mowed grass (including steep slopes with gradients above 45%); Irrigation by sprinkling of lawns; Fertilization of lawns with mineral fertilizers; An option that includes the activities: Pruning of shrubs and woody plants(removal of shrubs, cleaning of tree from shoots, cleaning of wood from dry branches) and removal of plant waste - in case of necessity and request for removal of fallen trees and cutting of dangerous trees; Grassing in case of need and request; Planting and maintaining flowers on request.

Cutting begins with the beginning of the vegetative-season of vegetation (from April until end of October) and, if necessary, after a request is made outside this period. The grass in the maintained areas should be cut at a height of about 8-10 cm and should be the same for the whole area. Any subsequent lawn mowing should be done at a height of no more than 20-25 cm.

Watering begins after the first for the seasonnot, the number of pots may vary depending on the specific climatic conditions. If extreme conditions (severe drought or severe over-humidification) are not present, watering should be done after each cutting of the lawn, subject to the specified consumption rates.

Fertilization should be done twice at the beginning and once at the end of vegetative season.

About tree and tree vegetation pruning activities: The whole quantityo branches harvested from the pruning of the day must be transported outside the boundaries of the border checkpoint to a plant for the composting of plant wastes or other designated sites. No abandonment of branches or plant waste on lawns or other places within the border checkpoint is permitted. Fallen trees, as a result of emergency situations and disasters, are removed from the affected areas, aftervein by the Contracting Authority. The cutting of dangerous trees is done after a request made by the Contracting Authority, observing the order laid down in the Ordinance for construction and protection of the green system of each specific municipality on whose territory the respective border crossing points are located. soil treatment, ground clearance and leveling, seed sowing• The planting and maintenance of flowers includes the supply of seedlings, the cultivation and the cleaning of the soil, the planting, the watering and the maintenance of the propagating material • The participant must possess a valid registration document for carrying out collection and transport operations with COD20 02 01 - Biodegradable waste. For Bulgarian participants this is a registration document certifying the registration under Art. 35, para. 3 of the Waste Management Act (WMA) issued under the provisions of Chapter V, Section II of the Waste Management Act. If the participant is a non-resident, he / she should have an equivalent / equivalent document issued under the law of the country where he / she isthe applicant provides the following information on the existence of registration documents, namely: the registration number document (where applicable), date of issue (where applicable), issuer of the document (where applicable), code (where applicable)(where applicable) for which the registration document was issued.

Under the terms of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority, through the commission, which it appoints, may require the participant to submit a registration document for performing waste collection and transport activities, issued pursuant to Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA pursuant to Chapter Five, Section II of WMA or similar / equivalenta voucher issued under the legislation of the state in which it is established, proving the information specified in EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, prior to the conclusion of the contract, the participant designated as a contractor shall present current documents - a valid registration document, for carrying outof waste collection and transport activities, issued pursuant to Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA pursuant to Chapter Five, Section II of the WMA.

Participants, respectively the selected contractors, shall not submit documents under Art. 63 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority, in view of the legal opportunity granted to it in Art. 10, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, there is no requirement for the grouping in the procedure to have a specific form in order tois part of the award of the contract and does not imply the creation of a legal entity if the selected Participant is an association of natural and / or legal entities. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation in the procedure the participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act, under Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act, under Art. 3, item 8 of the-ЗИФОДЮПДРКЛ, as well as those under Art. The estimated value of the order, determined in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 2 and 3 of the PPL at the date of the decision for its opening and observing the rules of Art. 21, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 27 of the PPPP is in the amount of 400 000 (four hundred thousand) levs without VAT. The envisaged option, in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 1 of the PPA is included in the determination of the forecastthe value of the order. Pursuant to Art. 47, para. 10 of the PPPP, as the selection criteria for the individual lots are the same, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of a single application if this possibility is stated in the announcement announcing the opening of the procedure. According to the provision of Art. 47, para. 9 of the PPPP when a tenderer submits an offer for more than ein a separate item, in the package of each lot shall present individually completed documents under Art. 39, para. 3 (1) of the RSPC (technical proposals). According to the provision of Art. 47, para. 9 of the PPPP, where a tenderer submits an offer for more than one lot, he must present separate sealed non-transparent envelopes with integrity and with the inscription "Offered priceparameters "with an indication of the position to which they relate.8 Before concluding the contract for the award of a public contract and for securing the performance of the contract for the award of the contract, the contractor shall submit a security guaranteeing the execution of the contract in the amount of 5 % (five percent) of the maximum contract value for the respective lotthe guarantee of performance of the contract of the contract is presented in the form of a sum of money, a bank guarantee or insurance, which ensures the performance by covering the contractor's responsibility. 9.2. The Contracting Authority undertakes to make any payment due within 30 days of receipt of the contractor's invoice, subject to the conditions set out in points 9.1 to 9.3. All contract payments are made in BGN by bank transfer at a designated bank account.
