No form of grouping is imposed by the contracting authority. In case of award of the contract to a joint group, the agent of the group will be solidary, for the performance of the market, each of the members of the group for its contractual obligations.
The market is divided into 1 slice firm and 4 slices decomposed as follows:
- firm tranche: this tranche is devoted to a documentary recognition prealable of the site (see article 00 of the CCTP),
- optional slice n 1: this optional slice is dedicated to the pyrotechnic risk management plan (see article 01 of the CCTP),
- optional slice n 2: this optional slice is devoted to the preliminary geotechnical study G1 - PGC (see article 02 of the CCTP),
- optional slice n 3: this optional slice is dedicated to the environmental study-and the elaboration of an impacted land management plan (see article 03 of the CCTP),
- optional slice n 4: this optional slice is dedicated to the geotechnical design study G2 (see article 04 of the CCTP) .
Judging Judges of the bids: technical value judged on the basis of the technical brief on the following points:
- noted on 60:
- understanding the context, the site and the stakes, -note on 15, - quality of the proposed method of working to promote interdisciplinarity and optimize the means used for the execution of the mission elements, score out of 30,
- quality of the composition and the organization of the team mobilized, note on 15 - prices of services estimated on the basis of the DPGF and the DQE (article D6 of the deed of commitment)
- noted on 40: the note of 40 will be awarded for the cheapest price and then a relative ranking will be made: (lowest price / price offered by the company) x 40.
