19-033 Gift Packaging

Vinmonopolet would like tenders for gift packaging that is suitable for resale to customers from Vinmonopolet's current 334 shops and Vinmonopolet's web shop. This includes gift boxes and gift bags for bottles and bag-in-box.

Tax

Requirement: tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documented by a tax certificate (not older than 6 months). Foreign companies must present a certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country, certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled its obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Economic and financial capacity

Requirement: sufficient financial solidity is required. Documented by a credit assessment, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun and Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.
