CPV Description: Delivery of polyethylene garbage bags for the needs of BSCO and municipal administration of Nessebar The subject of the present order is "Delivery of polyethylene garbage bags for the needs of the OPB and the municipal administration town of Nessebar ", by conducting an open procedure according to art. 18, para. 1, item 1, on the grounds of Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter "b" of the Public Procurement Actthe delivery of polyethylene garbage bags for the needs of BSCO and the municipal administration of Nessebar is included.The deliveries will be made after a pre-submitted application by the BSCO and the municipal administration of Nessebar by an authorized official of designated from the applicant site.

The participants shall submit samples. orderis included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and on the grounds of Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Art. 80 of the PPPP, the contract is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities within the meaning of - 2, item 46 of the PPA of the Public Procurement Act or for economic entities whose main purpose is the social or professional integration of people with disabilities or people in unequalwithin the meaning of - 2, item 62 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act

According to the requirements of Art. 12, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act, persons registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities as well as economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of disabled persons or disadvantaged persons, at least 3 years ago-the date of the opening of this procedure. They should meet the condition that at least 30 per cent of their list of members be of disabled or disadvantaged persons. Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities may participate in the public procurement, provided that they can perform at least 80 per cent of its subject with its own machines equippedher and human resources. To fulfill the condition, they may use subcontractors or refer to the capacity of third parties if the subcontractors or third parties are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities.

Other interested parties may participate in this procedure, but their offers will shall be considered only if no offers are accepted by the persons for whom the contract is hThe assignor does not impose requirements related to the "fitness" for the pursuit of a professional activity.

The contracting authority does not impose requirements related to the economic and financial condition. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and on the grounds of Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act, in line with Article 80 of the RSPC, the contract is reserved for a specialistenterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities within the meaning of - 2, item 46 of the PA of the Public Procurement Act or for economic entities whose main purpose is the social or professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons within the meaning of - 2, point 62 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act. 12, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act, persons registered as specialists may participate in the public procurement contractallied enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities as well as economic entities whose main objective is the social and occupational integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons at least three years before the date of initiation of this procedure. They should meet the requirement that at least 30 per cent of their list should be from disabled people or those in-disadvantage. Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities may participate in the public procurement, provided that they can meet at least 80 per cent of its subject with its own machinery, facilities and human resources. To fulfill the condition, they may use subcontractors or invoke the capacity of third parties if subcontractors or third partiesbut are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities
