Geological mapping

As part of this task, the national geological service will mandate in the next few years specialized offices to identify, supplement and harmonize geological data. For this purpose, 2 additional lotstheir data sets (map sheets and vector datasets) will be competed simultaneously (see Appendices 2.1 and 2.2). The treatment includes field surveys (mapping in the field), the digitization of reports (eg comparison with swissALTI3D or Swissimage) as well as the elaboration of explanatory texts and profile sections. In addition, This treatment includes the geometric harmonization of adjacent GeoCover datasets and their adaptation to current topographic databases. a) respect for the principles governing the procedure: the tenderer certifies that he and the third parties he requests (subcontractors and suppliers) comply with the conditions governing the procedure in accordance with the document (Annex 1.1.1) of the Confederation Procurement Conference (CA);

b) pAdditional rationale for the respect of equal pay between men and women.

Bidders and their 1-tier subcontractors, each of whom has more than

50 employees, must demonstrate, in addition to the document, how they have examined their salary practice. .

- CAP6 in-depth knowledge of the language of the sector (oral and written): attestation of the tenderer that he isable to communicate orally and in writing in the language of the sector concerned by the lot,

- CAP7: references (geology): attestation of the tenderer that he has sufficient experience in the field of solid rock geology and the soft rock as well as in relation with the tectonics of the sector of the corresponding lot. The bidder provides at least 2 references from the last 5(since 2014) in the perimeter of treatment,

- CAP8 reference (cartography): attestation of the tenderer that he has sufficient experience in the cartography (field), the digitization, the drafting, the construction of profiles and project management in accordance with the guidelines of Annexes 2.0 to 2.7. The tenderer shall provide at least 2 corresponding referencesin the last 5 years (since 2014),

- CAP9 knowledge of the quality standards of the GA25: attestation of the tenderer that he knows the quality standards of the GA25 (geological atlas) and applies them appropriately. The tenderer provides at least 2 corresponding references dating from the last 5 years (since 2014),

- CAP10 knowledge in digital cartography: attestation of thethat he has the benefit of good knowledge of digital cartography and the tools of the national geological service (ToolMap2 and / or TopGIS) or that he is ready to train himself and use these tools,

Conditionthe procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women. remedies: according to Art. 30 LMP, this publication can be attackedwithin 20 days of its notification to the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gall.
