Information System for Population, Housing and Homeowners, part of Ground Preparation aims to provide an integrated solutioncollection, updating, management and provision of ground-based (UP) data for people, homes and homes (SOBD). The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the creation of IS SOBD UP, based on the framework specifications described in the tender documents. The procurement also includes the provision of services - training, as well as the provision of support services and IS SOBD UP services.

The contracting authority assumes that without the supply of a license (toar) to some IS componentsSOBD UP will not be able to fulfill the subject matter objectively.

The fulfillment of the terms and conditions of personal status according to - 32 par. 1 letter. (a) to (f) of the SSG, the applicant shall submit an original or a certified photocopy of the documents pursuant to Article 32 2, par. 4, or 5 ZVO or entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152, (1) of the FVO or pursuant to Article 152 3 ZVO.

In the case of an applicant who is a group-of suppliers awarded in public procurement, it is required to prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the personal status under Section 32 1 letter. (a) to (f) of the GVA for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of the part according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The GVA proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the order to ensure it.

The economic entity may provisionally replace the documentto prove the fulfillment of the conditions in part by a single European document in accordance with Article 39 of the FVO. Documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the Part-time document shall be submitted to the Contracting Authority by the Single European Documentation pursuant to Article 39 6 FVC in time and on behalf of the contracting authority. The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects pursuant to - 152 of the Act shall not be obliged to submit documents in accordance with - 32 par. (2) The public contracting authority shall recognize the equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic operators under the GVA or theby the competent body of the Member State in which the applicant establishes the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the public procurement.

The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted by the tenderer. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to regulations effective until April 17, 2016 is entered in the list of economic entities within the scope of recorded facts. (1) The conditions for the participation in the ecoeconomic and technical standing and professional competence, together with the adequacy of the information provided in the tender dossier. The organizer has to submit information and documents proving the technician or professional competence in the sense of - 33 par. 1 letter. (a) and (d) of the WFD and Section 34 1 letter. a), d) and g) ZVO. (2) The contract shall be awarded by a public tender procedure pursuant to - 66 of the GVA, namely-as a reverse public tender under Section 66 (3) All costs and expenses associated with the preparation and submission of the tender, documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation and other documents related to these notifications shall be declared by the applicant / applicant without financial charge to the contracting authority, irrespective of the public (4) The public contracting authority is obliged to cancel the searchthe procedure for awarding an over-limit order in the cases of defined ZVO. The public contracting authority may also cancel the public procurement procedure or part of it even if the circumstances in which the public procurement has been changed have occurred, if in the course of the procurement procedure, the allowances have been paid special attention, for which it is not possible for the contracting authority to request that the public procurementcontinued, particularly if a breach of the FVO has been identified which could or may have had an effect on the outcome of the public procurement procedure if no more than two tenders have been submitted or if the proposed prices in the tenders submitted are higher than the presumed value. If only 1 tender has been submitted and the contracting authority has not canceled the public procurement or part thereof, it is obliged to publish the(5) Any communication between the contracting authority and the interested parties / candidates will be exclusively in Slovak language and written form via the EVO communication module (www.evo.gov.sk). (7) If the applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the Single European Document in Part IV of the Single European Document-can only fill in the section: Globalny state for all terms and conditions without having to fill in sections IV of the Single European Document.
