Leadership program for talents and top performers

It will be an external partner for the design and implementation of the Leadership Program for Talents and Topleistungstraeger / inside evaluated. The contract will be carried out four times within four to five years.

An external partner will be evaluated for the conception and implementation of the Leadership Program for Talents and Top Performers. The assignment consists of four executions within four to five years.

The leadership program is aimed at leadershipSkraefte, which are characterized by above-average potential and consistently very good performance. The program should be designed as a holistic, target-group-oriented and tailor-made development process and is much more understood as leadership training than selective training in the classical sense.

Partial offers are not permitted.
