Purpose of supplies: this contract provides for the supply of Valganciclovir 450 mg tablets.

Estimated quantity for one year on the basis of consumption.2017:

- 10 000 pills.

These quantities are given for information only and do not commit the Contracting Authority. The exact quantities will be determined by the order forms established by the contracting authority.

Duration of the contract: 3 years.

The contract may be extended once by tacit renewal for a period of 1 year, except notice of 3 months notified by recommended letter gives pby the Contracting Authority before the end of the three-year period of the initial tender (see II.10.1 of the CSC).

Place of delivery: ULB Erasme Hospital - Pharmacy pier, Lennik route 808 to 1070 Anderlecht. of this section apply individually: - to the tenderer submitting an offer for this contract, to all tenderers submittingtenders for the present market and intend to form a group of economic operators, - to third parties to whose capacity the call is made, in accordance with the provisions relating to qualitative selection.

I.6.1) Reasons d compulsory exclusion:

I.6.1.1) Criminal conviction:

Cfr. Part III. Section A DUME.

The contracting authority excludes, at any stage of the procedureif the tenderer is in one of the cases referred to in Article 67 of the Law, he has been the subject of a judgment handed down by a judicial authority having the force of res judicata for any of the following offenses: ) participation in a criminal organization;

2) corruption;

3) fraud;

4) terrorist offenses or terrorist-related offenses; 5) money launderingor financing of terrorism; (6) child labor and other forms of human trafficking; (7) occupation of third-country nationals for illegal residence.

The exclusions referred to in items (1) to (6) apply only to a period of five years from the date of judgment. The exclusion referred to in point 7) applies only for a period of 5 years from the end of the infringement.

The exclusion of the candidate also applies when the person sentenced by final judgment is a member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the candidate or has a power of representation, decision or control within it.

I.6.1.2) Social and fiscal debts:

Cfr. Part III. Section B DUME.

The contracting authority excludes, at any stage of the procedure, the candidate in the case referred to in Article 68 of the Act, not meeting his obligations to pay social security contributions and / or tax debts. However, the following situations are not excluded:

1) when the candidate is liable for a debt of less than EUR 3 000; or (2) where the candidate is liable for a debt for which he has obtainedpayment deadlines strictly adhered to; or (3) where the candidate can show that he has, in respect of a contracting authority or a public undertaking, a claim or claims that are certain, due and free from any commitment to third parties. These claims amount to at least an amount equal to the amount for which he is in default of payment of social debts.

The contracting authorityHowever, it gives the opportunity to any economic operator to comply with these social and fiscal obligations in the course of the procurement procedure and after having found a first time that the candidate or the bidder did not meet the requirements. On the basis of this finding, the contracting authority allows the economic operator a period of 5 working daysto provide proof of its regularization.

I.6.2) Reasons for optional exclusion:

Cfr. Part III. Section C of the UEM.

The contracting authority may exclude, at any stage of the procurement procedure, the tenderer who is in one of the cases referred to in Article 69 of the Law:

1) Failure to comply with the obligations applicable in the areas of environmental, social and labor law;

3) state of bankruptcy, liquidation, cessation of activities, judicial reorganization or having confessed to bankruptcy or is the subject of a procedure of liquidation or judicial reorganization, or in any similar situation resulting from a procedure of the same nature existing in other national regulations; 3) professional misconduct ...
