Acquisition of games, toys, teaching and sports materials

Framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum nor multi-award maximum of supplies. The consultation is broken down into 7 lots:

Exercise games.

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in recovery iudiciaire,

- declaration on the honor of the candidate attesting that he is in good standing, during the year preceding that during which the launching of the consultation takes place, with regard to articles L. 5212-1, L 5212-2, L. 5212 5 and L. 5212-9 of the Labor Code, concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- form DC1, letter of application - authorization of the representative by his cotraitants (available at the following address: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat),

— form DC2, declaration by the individual candidate or by the group member (available at the address following: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat),

— if the successful tenderer is established in France, the attestations and certificates issued by the administrations et competent bodies proving that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligations or an annual statement of the certificates received refer to the consultation regulations.

It begins on 13.6.2020 or from the date of market notification if this date is later than 13.6.2020 and ends on 12.6.2021, i.e. a maximum duration of 12 months. Financing: the payment of expenses will be made by administrative mandate followed by a transfer. Response and grouping: the international contracting authoritytold the candidates to present their offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of one or more groups, in accordance with article R. 2142-21 of the public procurement code.
