gambling games and non-lottery products or services within the range specified in the technical specification-the subject of the order and the terms of the contract. The Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) means the comprehensive provision of the Gambling System and the provision of Pre-Offered Products or Integrated Providers. Ensuring Product Range includes, but not limited to, the provision of services related to the Technical Equipment Shutdown Service for Door Productsand system and telecommunication links to the Customer's information system, with the associated Consumer Material and the Terminal Services Prevadzok service. The Client is required to provide comprehensive Transaction Management and Operations performed through Terminal Services or Terminal Devices of Integrated Providers.

Main Site: Tipos, National Lotteriessro, Brečtanova 1, 830 07 Bratislava, SLOVENSKA REPUBLIKA and branches in the Slovak Republic.

Subject of the offer Comprehensive provision of games of chance and non-lottery products in the range specified in the technical specification of the subject of the order and according to the terms of the contract. Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) means comprehensive security of the Gambling and Security systemand / or Integrated Providers. Product security includes, but is not limited to, the provision of services related to the Technical Equipment Product Surveillance Requirements for Products, including the system and telecommunication links to the Customer's Information System, with the associated Consumer Material and SecurityTerminal Services Prevadzok service. The Client requires the provision of comprehensive Transaction management and Operations performed through the Terminal Services or Terminal Equipment of the Integrated Services Provider.

The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation with the Single European Document pursuant to Section 39 of the Law.

Neporequests

1. The Public Procurer establishes the electronic communication, which is realized through the system of electronic public procurement (EVO system) https://evo.gov.sk. The procedure is governed by the EVO Guides and Recommendations. Handbooks for Entrepreneur / Entrepreneur Public Procurement (version 0.2, 16.6.2014) and Joint Modules (version 0.6, 1.8.2016) are published on pageanke https://www.uvo.gov.sk/zaujemcauchadzac/portal-systemu-evo3ee.html. In order to participate in this order, it is necessary to be interested in registering through the EVO system in the order published on the EVO portal (https://evo.gov.sk) under the number 92.03 and under the heading "Complex provision of gambling games and non-lottery products" the registration is mentioned in point IV.2.2) of this noticenia.

5th The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation with the Single European Document under Section 39 of the Act. Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part submitted to the tenderer pursuant to - 55 par. (1) of the Act in time and in part, designated by the contracting authority. In the event that on behalf of the entrepreneur, in the sense of a document pursuant to - 32 par. 2-font. e) Act on the public procurement of a person entitled to resignation of a person in a timely manner (signatures of more than one person of the statutory body required) or request for participation submitted by a group of suppliers pursuant to Article 37 of the Act, also in the tender is required the presentation of a power of attorney on behalf of the applicant / groups of suppliers exposed to the benefit of the person who is acting in that proceeding (registration in sysEVO themes and submission of offers)

7. The contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement of the tenderer if, on the basis of reliable information, I believe that the tenderer has entered into an agreement for disrupting the economic tender in this public procurement with another economic entity. More detailed information is available in the tender documentation.
