The applicant demonstrates the conditions for participation specified in - 32 para. 1 of the Act on Foreign Affairs pursuant to - 32 para. 2, respectively. according to par. 4 or para.
The tenderer can prove the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 152 para. 1 of the Procurement Act by entering in the list of economic operatorsdemonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in respect of personal status for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the Procurement Act proves a member of the group only in respect of that part of the subject matter of the contract which it is intended to procure.
The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents designated by the contracting authority to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in a single European document (hereinafter referred to as JED) pursuant to Article 39 of the Conditions of Employment. The economic operator in JED shall provide further relevant information as required by the contracting authority / entity, the authorities and bodies which issue:documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation. If the required documents for the contracting authority / entity are directly and free of charge accessible in the electronic databases, the economic operator at JED shall also provide the information necessary to access those electronic databases, including the Internet address of the electronic database.
in accordance with the Methodological Guidelines of the Public Procurement Office no. 6887-5000 / 2016 of 27.4.2016 the contracting authority requires that, in accordance with - 32 para. 1 pism. e) Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on tendering, the tenderer or group of suppliers has demonstrated entitlement to the full scope of the contract. The contracting authority will communicate with the tenderers resp. interested in procedureswhether within the meaning of Article 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the Elena `s communication interface, this method of communication refers to any communication and submission between the contracting authority and candidates / tenderers throughout the procurement process. The contracting authority shall allow unrestricted and direct access by electronic means to all documents / information providedwithin the time limit for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will publish all documents as electronic documents in the relevant part of the contract in the Elena system. on the portal www.e-lena.sk

4. All costs and expenses associated with the participation of the applicant / candidate in thison the award of contracts and with the preparation and submission of tenders shall be carried out by the tenderer without any financial claim to the contracting authority, irrespective of the outcome of the procurement. The offer must be made electronically within the meaning of - 49 par. 1 pism. a) the Public Procurement Act and entered into the Elena system located at https://www.e-lena.sk/
6. The contracting authority shall require:security of the security deposit of EUR 18 000, 00. Further information on the method and conditions for the lodging of the security shall be given in the documents to be drawn up. Notice for tenderers: Opening of tenders can be carried out without the need for physical attendance at the contracting authority`s contact address. Opening of tenders can be monitored in real time on the portal www.e-lena.sk for candidates whosubmit an offer. The system shall only publish the commercial names of the tenderers and their proposals to fulfill the criteria only to those tenderers who have submitted a tender. The electronic auction will not be used

Public procurement is focused on social (demonstration of personal status according to - 32 (1) of the Act; presentation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate; presentation of the OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 System Certificateoccupational health and safety management.
