The subject of the contract is the manufacture, supply and installation of office and other furniture and equipment in separate lots for the needs of the Science and Technology Park - Sofia under the project "Science and Technology Park - Phase 2", which is implemented under OPERInnovation and Competitiveness Program 2014-2020 under Contract No. BG16RFOP002-1.003-0001-C01 and it is made up of 11 PO lots as follows:

Main Site: Sofia, Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Science and Technology Park - to the room referred to in column 6 "Place of delivery and installation" and the building referred to in column 4 of the technical specification - In the volume of the lot withand included 338 nomenclature units containing different types, sizes, quantities, design, material and color of furniture and articles, such as: - laminates, tables, hangers, wardrobes, armchairs, working, conference and folding chairs, desks, metal modules. All furniture, furnishings and articles proposed for the execution of the order must be new and meet the requirements and conditions specified in the specification, (where indicated). To prove the conformity of the furniture and articles proposed for the execution of the order with the requirements of the contracting entity specified in the specification, each participant shall submit in his / her tender the following documents:

1. For furniture and articles specified in the specification that they should beconstructed and supplied, the tender shall be accompanied by a draft technical drawing drawn up on the basis of a photograph and / or three-dimensional visualization (for a piece of furniture and articles, only a technical drawing drawn from a photograph is required, and for others: a technical drawing drawn up on filming base and three-dimensional visualization)

2. For furniture and articles specified in the specificationdelivery and installation, the offer should be accompanied by a catalog / brochure / prospectus / technical specification / dossier or other equivalent document of the manufacturer containing photographs and description of the furniture and articles proposed for the execution of the order

3.for the furniture and the articles, which form part of the complex furnishing with internal codes Nos. 24, 25, 26 and 28, the offer presents three-dimensional volumetricvisualizations containing all the furniture and articles with the corresponding internal code and proving the overall solution, the mutual arrangement and coordination of the shapes and materials used in the manufacture of all furniture and articles with the corresponding internal code

4.For the furniture and articles for which the specification is that the color, decoration of the melamine coating and / or the composition and color of the textilesof the article is optional for the Contracting Authority as well as for those for which there is no color indicated in the specification, the participant should propose three colors, respectively, for the colors and decorations of the melamine coating and / or textiles and / or of the material / article in the respective lot and three types of textile composition used to make the corresponding items of the separate items (egnatural / natural / combination of synthetic and natural materials) .Theses are described in the comparative tables which are integral part of the proposal for the execution of the order

For each of the items included in the volume of the lot, the participants must indicate a guarantee period, may be less than 24 months from the date of delivery and installation (where applicable) of thethe corresponding item. After the delivery and installation of the furniture, furnishings and articles included in the volume of the item, the designated contractor shall collect and dispose of the packaging waste of the items concerned. The assignor requires an aggregate implementation of the distinct item, ie. to offer all items listed in the nomenclature units included in the item's volume.
