K0benhavn Museum moves at the end of 2018 to new premises located in K0benhavens Cultural Quarter, especially in the former superpower's building in Stormgade 18, 1555 Copenhagen Harbor.

K0benhavns Museum moves towards the end of 2018 to new premises located in Copenhagen's Cultural Quarter, especially in the former superpower building in Stormgade 18, 1555 K0benhavns V.

The reason is that there is a wish to do K0benhavns Museum to an international tourist destination, while creating a common platform for the Copenhageners to be able to explore their cultural heritage.

The new premises have undergone extensive restoration throughout the years 2017 and 2018, which have made great demands for the new layout of the premises, while restoration has to take place with respect for, aIn this respect, there is also a wish that the permanent fixtures and the associated lighting offered with this offer bathe relate to and respect the new layout of the premises. This is also the reason for the possibility of an inspection of the new premises during the tendering process.

The contract will be concluded for a period of 2 years with the possibility of extension of 2 x 12 manors.

An order will be issued immediately after the contract has been given for the furnishing and associated lighting listed in the offer list. However, the contract must also apply to the following additional purchase of the inventory and the lighting, which is the reason for the bidder passing byThe tender must be submitted as a public tender pursuant to section 56-57 of the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015), so that any economic operator may submit an offer. The tenderer must meet the following minimum requirements: - Positive equity in the last 3 final accounts,

- The profit for the year after tax, the last 3 final accounts have to behas been positively calculated as an average for the last 3 completed accounts.

Although there have been significant changes in the economic situation of the bidder since the last clearance of accounts, the tenderer must disclose this.

Furthermore, it is a minimum requirement that the tenderer must fulfill the following at the time of signing the contract Minimum Requirements:

- Professional Professional Insurance, as perInsurer has an insurance coverage of at least DKK 20, 000, 000 for capital loss, and where the risk of self-inflows may not exceed 100, 000 DKK.

Documentation: Winning bidder must, on request, ie. not as part of the offer, submit the tenderer's 3 most recent auditor-approved annual accounts or a corresponding auditor's statement on the requested economic figures, as well as a copy of the bidderThe insurance policy, or a negotiated commitment on insurance coverage, in accordance with the above minimum professional liability insurance requirement.

Unless the tenderer is able to provide all economic and financial capacity information because the bidder has been established in the last year, the tenderer must submit this to the ESPD.
