Offering of complete furnishing of nursing homes (Hornbaekhave)

The offering includes the preparation of an interior design proposal and the supply of furniture for totes.renovation of center building and communal areas in the new nursing home Hornbaekhave in Hornbaek. The assignment was previously tendered under a SKI framework agreement, but is re-tendered after cancellation of the mini-tender as an eu tender under a tender with negotiation in accordance with - 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. The invitation to tender will be the reverse of the invitation to tender. to achieve the best possible quality insideis the fixed amount limit, where the amount limit fixed by the client cannot be exceeded. The amount limit for the assignment is set at 2, 500, 000 incl. interior design, furnishing of furniture etc. The amount is excl. VAT

The OK Foundation and Helsingor Municipality are in the process of constructing a new nursing home in Hornbaek with a center building and a residential section. The new nursing home will house residents frin the existing nursing home B0geh0jgard in Hornbaek in new and contemporary buildings. The new nursing home is called Hornbaekhave.

The center building is a one-story building, which is organized around an open garden. The center building contains common areas, administration, the kitchen and training area. The residential part consists of two 2-storey buildings with nursing homes and residential common areas. The 2 buildings with prental housing and common areas both enclose an enclosed courtyard garden with a living space. Furniture, colors and other furnishings must be signed in the interior of the residential blocks of the common areas.in the highest possible degree of homeliness and in all elections avoid an "institutional language". Residential common areas are part of the residents` living space, and in their interior design and furnishing must function as such. In the center building, the common areas must signal activity and community for both residents and external users of the building. The common areas of the center building must be "breath of life" and it must be decorated andFurnishings help to ensure

The applicant is required to disclose the solvency ratio in each of the last three completed financial years. If the applicant is based on the economic form of other entities, the solvency ratio is calculated as the total of the applicant and these other entities.the solvency ratio of the respective financial statements. For the consolidation of companies (eg consortia), the solvency ratio is calculated as the total solvency ratio of the companies in the respective financial statements.In the case of the parent company (eg parent companies, other group companies or sub-lenders), the application must be accompanied by a declaration of support from the other company that the company makes available its financial and financial capacity. If an association (eg consortium) is applied for, the application must be accompanied by a declaration of consortium stating that the participating companieswho is directly, unconditionally and jointly and severally liable to the contracting entity and a joint agent must be designated in the document. If the offer is submitted by a consortium, all participants in the consortium must submit a fully completed eESPD document. the forma should be sp0painted in the ESPD, Part II.C under the "Procedure" tab on the utilization of the capacity of other entities is answered "Yes".

Based on the application of the economic and financial capacity of one or more other entities, the information to assess exclusion and suitability for economic and financial purposes, shall be issued in separate ESPD for each of these other entities. Baser is applying for itIn the search for the technical and professional form of one or more other entities, the information for assessing exclusion and suitability in relation to the technical and professional form must be excluded. conditions specified in Part III of the EESPD document.

Applicant must, when completing the eESPD document, el III indicate:

i. that the applicant / tenderer is not subject to the compulsory grounds for exclusion in sections 135-136 of the Tendering Act.

ii. that the applicant / tenderer is not subject to the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137. of the Tendering Act

iii. that the applicant / tenderer meets the minimum eligibility requirements set out in section 140. III.D is not relevant and shouldtherefore not completed. The contracting entity cannot exclude an applicant / tenderer who is covered by one or more of the grounds for exclusion in - 135-137 of the Tendering Act if he has provided sufficient evidence that the applicant / tenderer is reliable, even if he or she is covered for one or more exclusionary reasons, cf. section 138. of the Procurement Act. Exclusion can only be made on this basis ifthe contracting entity has notified the tenderer that the person concerned is subject to an exclusion reason and if the tenderer has not provided sufficient evidence of the applicant`s / tenderer`s credibility within an appropriate period. As to what is required for sufficient documentation, see section 138 (1) of the Tendering Act. 3. The contracting entity reserves the right to initiate such a procedure on "selfcleaning "according to section 138 of the Tendering Act
