The place for performance of the order is the town of Pernik, Iztok quarter, 1A Mladen Stoyanov Str.It is planned to deliver and install equipment and furnishings as follows:

For 1st floor: single beds, orthopedic mattresses for single bed, wardrobes - material chipboard, desks - chipboard, desk chairs, baskets, mirrors, smooth interior blinds, bedroom sets, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, lounges - winter and summer, towels, bath towels, carpets, trays, purses, furnishingsBathroom set - set (shelf and bathroom cabinets, towels and towels, mirror, soap dispenser, toilet paper holder, brush, etc.)

Grounds for exclusion from participation in the procedure:

Regarding a participant there should be no circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, the observation of any of the conditions will lead to removal of thewith the exception of the explicit cases mentioned in the PPA.

The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a tendering procedure if:

2.1.1. has been convicted by a judgment which has entered into force, unless he is rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a-159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353e of the Penal Code;-has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata unless he is rehabilitated for an offense similar to paragraph 2.1.1 in another Member State or third country; there are obligations for taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code and the interest thereon, to the state or to the municipality at the headquarters of the contracting authority and the participant, or the analogousobligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the State in which the participant is established unless a rescheduling, postponement or securing of the obligations is made or the obligation is due to an act which has not entered into force; there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. 5 of the PPL;

2.1.5. has been found to have: (a) submitted a document with a false contentrelated to the verification of the lack of grounds for removal or fulfillment of the selection criteria, b) has not provided the required information related to the verification of the lack of grounds for removal or the fulfillment of the selection criteria, 2.1.6. is found by a punitive decree or court ruling that has been in breach of a public procurement contractl Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state in which the participant is established

2.1.7. there is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated

2.1.8. is bankrupt or is in bankruptcy proceedings, is in liquidation proceedings or has entered into an insolvencya court settlement with its creditors within the meaning of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act or has ceased its activity, and if the participant is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the state in which it is established,

2.1.9. has entered into an agreement with other persons for the purpose of distorting competition where the infringement is established by ato a competent authority,

2.1.10. has been proven to be guilty of a failure to comply with a public contract or a works concession or a service contract leading to its early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, except where the non-performance concerns less than 50 percent of the value or volume of the contract,
