Public Offer of Framework Agreement on Supply of Beds, Mattresses and Mattress Cover

With this offer offered in public tender framework agreement for supply of pillows, mattresses and mattress overalls to the armed forces in Denmark.

Main Site: Defendts establishments in Denmark. Further details are given for each order in accordance with the agreement.

The supplier must provide delivery to the Ministry of Defense and underlying authorities of bed linen, mattresses and mattresses, for accommodation at the Armed Forces neighborhoods, including special rooms for military staff. The beds can be delivered in several sizes, as well as single beds. DerudoveThe tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the tenderer is subject to the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act, and the grounds for exclusion provided for in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that itne is palatable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

1) Participation in the tender can only be done electronically via the Ordregiver's used electronic procurement system, iBinder, cf. point I.3), where there is a link to it. To access the tender documents, applicants must be registered or register as a user. It is the responsibility of the applicant to keep up to date with any publications ona iBinder;

2) Safely the offer contains several editions (versions) of the same document, the latest uploaded edition will be applicable.

3) All communication in the procurement procedure, including questions and answers, must be made through the electronic procurement system, iBinder;

4) On the supply side there will be an XML file to ESPD. The applicant must submit this ESPD together with his offer-stand as a preliminary proof of the provisions of section 148 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1-3, mentioned conditions. For a group of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each participating economic operator. Safeguard applications are based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which the applicant is based;

5) in section 135 of the Public Procurement Act136 grounds for exclusion, as well as the grounds for exclusion provided for in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2, unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.
