Modernization of the combustion installations related to boilers numbers 2, 3, 4 from CTE Progresu in order to be included in the requirement■ Modernization of the combustion installations related to the number 2, 3, 4 boilers from CTE Progresu in order to meet the environmental requirements in force - details in the tender specifications.

Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 73, 177, 178, 180 din Law no. 99/2016 on sector acquisitions. * The supporting documents proving the DUAE statements may be:

In accordance with art. 205 para.
