Sanitary towels or tampons. The object of the contract is the supply of food and basic material assistance to the beneficiaries of the CP. PE Trikala of the Act: - KS Trikala, OP, the European Assistance to the Apostles Fund (TEAA).

Letters of Guarantee in paragraphs 2.2.2 and 4.1) are issued by credit or financial institutions (Article 120 of Law 4512/2018 Gazette 5 / 17.1 .2018 / A) or insurance undertakings within the meaning of Article 14a (1) and Article 14 of Law 4364/2016 legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the States Parties of the SBS. and have, in accordance with the provisions in force, that right. The project is co-funded by the European Aid for Refugees Fund (TEAFA). The total cost of the project will be borne by the Public Investment Program, and in particular the Collective Accession Code (SA: 2018SE0938000). The contractor's payment will:

100% of the contractual value of items of parcel receipts and if the Receiving Committee does not find any problem with the quality and suitability of these.

Payment of the contract price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents are provided by the provisions of article 200 par. 4 of Law 4412/2016, as amended by-Article 107 Cf. 34 and 35 of Law 4497/2017, as well as any other supporting documents which may have been requested by the competent services that perform the audit and payment.

5.1.2) The Contractor shall be liable for the third-party bookings, and any other charge, in accordance with the applicable law, excluding VAT, for the delivery of the material at the place and in the manner provided for in-contract documents. In particular, it is charged with the following deductions: (1) Reserve 0.06% calculated on the value of each pre-tax and deduction payment of the original and any supplementary contract.
