Subscription to a nuclear transport insurance

Service contract for the subscription of a nuclear transport insurance for Ondraf.

Purpose of the services: Service contract covering the insurance cover of a nuclear transport insurance for Ondraf.The services covered by this contract are insurance services (Code CPV 66510000).

The grounds for exclusion listed below apply to the applicant and, individually:

1) to all participants who together submit a request to participate and intend, if selected, to form a group of economic operators;

2) to all participants who, aseconomic operators, deposit together an offer; and (3) third parties to whose capacity an appeal is made. (1) compulsory grounds for exclusion: (art 67 of Law 17.6.2016 and 61 of Royal Decree 18.4.2017)

Excluded, at some stage of the proceedings, the candidate who has been sentenced by a judicial decision having the force of res judicata for one of the offenses(1) participation in a criminal organization;

(2) corruption; (3) fraud; (4) terrorist offenses, terrorist-related offenses or incitement to commit such an offense, complicity or attempt to commit such an offense; (5) money laundering or financing of terrorism; (6) child labor and other forms of human trafficking;third-country nationals illegally staying in residence. Also excluded is a candidate who has occupied third-country nationals illegally, even in the absence of a sentence which has been decided by the court of law at this time. or that offense has been established by an administrative or judicial decision, including by a written notification pursuant to Article 49/2 of the Code-social penalty.

The candidate produces the Single European Market Document (DUME), which consists of an up-to-date honorary declaration which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates delivered by public authorities or third parties. By the submission of the DUME, the candidate certifies that he is not in one of the situationsExclusions referred to above.

The contracting authority will verify the accuracy of the DUME in respect of the tenderer to whom it has decided to award the contract and ask it to submit the necessary supporting documents, namely an extract from the relevant register., such as an extract from a criminal record, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the judicial or administrative authoritycompetent authority of the country of origin or the establishment of the economic operator and from which it follows that these conditions are fulfilled.

The contracting authority will verify the corrective measures mentioned by the candidate in the DUME and proven by his initiative. (2) exclusionary grounds relating to tax and social security debts: (Article 68 of Law 17.6.2016 and Articles 62 and 63 of Royal Decree 18).4.2017)

a) the candidate who does not fulfill his obligations of payment of social security contributions is excluded from participating in a procurement procedure, in accordance with article 68 of the law of 17.6.2016. (Art 62 of the Royal Decree) Can nevertheless participate in the procedure, the candidate who does not have a debt in contributions higher than 3 000 EUR or who obtained for this debt time of phe submits that he complies strictly.

By submitting the DUME, the candidate declares on his honor that he satisfies his obligations to pay social security contributions.

b) the contracting authority checks the situation on the basis of the applicants' social debt plan, on the basis of the certificates that are available electronically for the contracting authority via the applicationTelemarc within 20 days of the final date for the submission of tenders.

The amount to be insured under the Paris Convention is at least EUR 297 472 229, 73. The insurer who does not know how to guarantee this amount will not be taken into consideration.
