The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests")dealing with forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, hunting, meadow farming, tourist development, tree cover, to be carried out in the Lubartow Forest District in 2020.

Performing forest management services including farming activitiesii forest protection, fire protection, logging and logging.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works

In the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. size of works per activity,

- Annex 3.2. difficulty zones and skidding distances

-Annex 3.3, timber harvesting assortment.

Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.

Descriptions of codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

Description of the rules for the procedure for receiving forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

Ordersthe contracting authority does not set specific requirements regarding the description of compliance with this condition of participation in the procedure. The condition with regard to the financial situation will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has the financial means or the capacity of krEditorial not less than:

1. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of attendingelenia of orders referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within a period of 3 years from the date of the basic order. These orders will consist of repetition of services similar to those covered by this order.

2. The orders referred to in item 1 will consist in the repetition of services consistent with the services that are the subject of this order. The scope of servicesconstituting the subject of the orders referred to in point 1. will cover works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, hunting management, meadow farming, tourism development, woodland, including activities indicated by type in Annex No. 3 to the ToR, for which a detailed description of the performance technology standard, inclarty was included in Annex 4 to the ToR and services similar to them. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in item 1 shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.

3. The orders referred to in item 1 will be awarded after conducting a separate procedure for the award of a public contract under the single-source procurement procedure.

4. Orders aboutreferred to in point 5.1. will be granted in the event of a need to increase the material scope of services which are the subject of the contract as a result of natural or atmospheric conditions, changes in the wood sale market or entrusting the Employer with new economic or public tasks, as well as in the absence of the possibility of selecting forest service contractors for objective reasonsbasic procedures for awarding contracts, to secure the necessary performance of works and in the case of entrusting the contractor with works constituting substitute performance in relation to works carried out by another contractor.

5. The place of execution of the orders referred to in point 1. will be the administrative area of the Lubartow Forest District.
