1) The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, andnursery, selection and seed production, to be carried out in the Myszyniec Forest District in 2020.

Main Site: Territorial scope of the Myszyniec Forest District (forestry: Białusny Lasek, Wykrot, School of Forestry Profession)

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. . 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 ofIdent. d. "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, selection and seeding, to be carried out in the forestry of Białusny Lasek, Wykrot, School of Forestry in the Myszyniec Forest District in 2020.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, selection and seeding resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- Annex 3.1 size of works by activity,

- Annex No. 3.2 difficulty zones and logging distance,

- Annex No. 3.3 timber harvesting assortment.

The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1 to 3.3 are estimatesNew.

A detailed description of the technology of forestry work performance (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for "Reverse procedure" referred to in Article 24aa, paragraphs 1 and 2The PPA. Pursuant to the aforementioned provisions, the Employer will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.

2. The ordering party is subject to the certification process according to standards set by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). The Contractor is obliged to enable the work of auditors FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) in the scope of certification during the implementation of the subject of the contract.
