Purchase of food is divided into seven parts:

Purchase of food pork and beef meat, meat products, including services related to their delivery to the place of delivery, in accordance with the relevant legislative andhygiene regulations. Different types of fresh pork maize in a volume of 7 840 kg, different types of fresh beef maize in a volume of 300 kg, liver of pork in a volume of 100 kg, various meat products, different types of sausages, bacon in a volume of 17 645 kg. the number of boarders and not the contracting authority, as their number may change during the contractual relationship. Overallthe quantity of individual types of goods are stated as expected. The contracting authority specifies in detail the quantity of goods, depending on the number of boarders, in individual orders. The origin of the goods subject to supply must be demonstrably from the manufacturer or supplier to whom a veterinary control number (official approval number) has been assigned for approval of the manufacturer`s operationrespectively.

The tenderer must meet the conditions of participation specified in - 32 par. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Outcome of the Public Procurement Outcome").ych ways:

1. by submitting documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act

1.1. 4 of the Public Procurement Act if the tenderer or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in - 32 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act or does not issue an equivalent documentthey may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the State of his place of business, place of business or usual residence. 1.2. 5 of the Act on Public Procurement and if the right of a candidate or candidate with a seat, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the SR is not regulated by the institute of honor, it can be replaced2. Or, according to - 152 of the Public Procurement Act by entry in the list of economic entities

2.1 The entry in the list of economic entities is against each contracting authority and the information therein is not necessarily in the postverification of public procurement tenders. When evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status, the contracting authority shall verify the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic entities maintained by the Public Procurement Office. (3) the contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent registration or certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the tenderer or3. Or, according to - 39 of the Public Procurement Act, it is possible to provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by a single European document (hereinafter referred to as JED)

3.1. 2 of the Public Procurement Act JED contains an updated declaration of the economic operator that there is no reason to exclude it and3.2. Where a group of suppliers is involved in the procurement, proof of fulfillment of the conditions for participation in respect of personal status shall be required separately for each member of the group. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) the law shall be shown by a member of the group only in respect of that part

Warning

As of 1 December 2019, the terms of the contract have been modified. Participation according to -32 par. 1 pism. c) as follows: it has no tax arrears in respect of the tax office and the customs office pursuant to special regulations in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, place of business or usual residence. This condition of participation is demonstrated by documented confirmation of the relevant tax officeand at the local customs office not older than three months. The contracting authority will be with whomthroughout the procurement process, i. j. proceed before and after the deadline for submitting tenders pursuant to Section 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the Josephine system communication interface; More detailed information on communications is given in the documentation. Delivery rules: a consignment is deemed to have been delivered to the candidate / tenderer if its addressee has an objective optionthe ability to know its contents, i. j. how suddenly the shipment gets to the spheres of his disposition. 5.Only submission of tenders is only possible by an authenticated tenderer. Authentication is possible in the following ways:

a) in the Josephine system by registering and logging in using an electronic chip card and a security personality code (eID). The system is authenticated by a company, which is registered by the company `s statutory officer using eID. Provides authenticationb) by uploading a qualified electronic signature (eg eID signature) of the statutory company to the user card after registration and login to the Josephine system. 6. The contracting authority states that it limits the information required nand the conditions of participation (referring to Part IV. Conditions of Participation Sections A to D) in response to a single question, with a yes or no answer (as a global indication for all conditions of participation) t. j. 8. The contracting authority requires the successful tenderer to submit the particulars, documents and documents referred to in point 28.5 at the latest at the time of the conclusion of the Framework Agreement.SP.
