Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of installersestablished in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the relevant professional or commercial registers.GREECE economic operators are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry or Commerce, with reference to the specific profession, of the sections of this Declaration.

(a) have a credit rating equal to or greater than fifty percentone hundred (50%) of the budget, for the species for which they participate.

(b) have, for the last three (3) financial years (years 2016, 2017 and 2018), an average total turnover equal to or greater than sixty percent (60%) of the contract budget of the species for which they are involved (excluding VAT).

Where the economic operator is activefor a period of less than three (3) management years, the average total turnover, for those management years active, must be equal to or greater than seventy-five percent (75%) of the species budget for which it participates (excluding VAT).
