Supply of food products for the needs of kindergarten Snezhanka - Provadia with 6 lots

Within the framework of the public procurement, delivery of different food and food products of the following groups - milk and dairy products, meat and meat products, fish and fish products, oil, eggs and small grocery, sugar, sugarand chocolate products, honey; cereals, cereal-based foods and pulses; vegetables - raw, cooked, canned, frozen, dried, fermented, vegetable sauces; fruits - fresh, frozen, dried, preserved, in the form of nectars and fruit juices, jams, marmalades, jellies and compotes, for the needs of kindergarten "Snezhanka" - Provadiya for a period of 24 months, Signature of the contract in the respective lot.

Main Site: The deliveries are made to the town of Provadia, the building of SG Snezhanka - 1, 1 Radda Ilieva Str. and the building of a subsidiary of SG Snezhanka - San Stefano Str. 28

Within the scope of the lot are included deliveries of yogurt - 25 300 pieces, fresh milk - 7700 l; Adapted Milk - 550 Op; cow's cheese - 3010 o .; cream cheese orequivalent - 1 100 ops; cottage cheese - 155 kg; yellow cheese - 840 kg, cow butter - 6160 op. The indicated quantities are indicative and do not in any way oblige the client to order or pay them.

The participants should have a registered object under Art. 12 of the Food Act for the relevant food groups according to the separate item for which they participate. According to Art. 60 of the PPL foreign onesprivate individuals may prove their registration in analogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established. This requirement applies to each lot.

In the case of a grouping which is not a legal entity, the requirement for registration shall be proved by each participant who will carry out the supply, according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in executionof the activities provided for in the consortium agreement

In the case of subcontracting, they must meet the above requirement according to the type and the share of the contract they will perform
