The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not be in the situations stipulated in art 59-60, art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. It will be presented to the DUAE in accordance with Article 193 (1) of Law 98/2016, Completting the sections related to the required requirements. A declaration of non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law 98/2016. The statement will be submitted with the DUAE by all participants in the award procedure (bidder, associate, subcontractor and third party). Requested - Required requirement - Updated tax certificates demonstrating the fulfillment of the criteriaQualifications according to the information contained in the DUAE, must certify the absence of overdue debts at the time of their filing. The DUAE will be presented by completing the sections related to the requested requirements. For Romanian legal / physical persons will be presented supporting documents, namely certificates confirming the payment of taxes and duties at-the consolidated budget and the local budget, and for foreign legal / physical persons, proofs issued by the competent authorities of the country of residence, proving the fulfillment of the outstanding obligations to pay the taxes to the state budget and the local budget, according to legislation in the country of residence.
