"Delivery of food products for the needs of social and educational establishments on the territory of the Municipality of Kubrat, by lot:

"Happy Childhood", Kubrat; Continued in II.2.14) This item includes the supply of 24 food products from the group Cereals and cereal-based foods in accordance with the HS, the estimated quantity is determined in kilograms, with a total supply of 50 085.00 kg according to the Technical Specifications

The participant must hold a certificate of food production and / or trade from the Regional Food Safety Directorate (RDA) at the location of the site or equivalent

Minimum level: The participant must have with a minimum of 1 (one) establishment for the production and / or wholesale trade of the foodstuffs for the respective distinct posfor which it participates, registered under the procedure of Art. 12 of the Food Act

Certification: When submitting the tender, the fact is declared in the EDEDOP, Part IV: Selection Criteria, letter A: Fitness, p.1) indicating the public register containing information about the presence of this registration ; the web address of the issuing body or service; authority or service issuing the document, a reference to the document certifying the fulfillment of the eligibility requirement.

The Contracting Authority shall remove from further participation in the procedure participants, for whom the circumstances under Art. 54 and 55 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Act, registerin preferential tax jurisdictions, the related persons and their actual owners, unless the provision under Art. 4 of the same Act and Art. 69, para. 1 and para. If the Price Proposal of a Participant does not contain an Annex (CCS in accordance with the position in which it participates) and contains an application that does not comply with the requirements of the Technical Spec.the offer shall be removed from further participation as a condition that is not in accordance with this pre-announced condition. Suggested unit price is rounded to the second decimal point

The Contracting Authority pays the deliveries on a monthly basis, up to the 20th (twentieth) of the month following the month of delivery of the Products for which payment is due. Payments are made on a baseof a document certifying acceptance of the goods (delivery note, commercial document or other relevant document) signed by authorized representatives of the Parties and containing the types, quantities, batch numbers of the Products delivered during the respective month, their unit and total price, an invoice issued, containing delivery details, as well as all necessary laws-The payment shall be made in Bulgarian Leva by bank transfer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing of a document certifying receipt of the goods (delivery protocol, commercial document or other relevant document) and issue of the invoice. The unit prices of the food products are calculated on the basis of the prices of "SAPI" Ltd, corrected with the respective percentage discount or excessEncumbered by the contractor

The percentage of the unit price adjustment proposed in the contractor's bid is retained for the entire duration of the contract.
