Periodical delivery of food products, carried out on preliminary written requests, necessary for the provision of the activity of Dom-ci soci-ln- patronaj - Devnya, within the estimated quantities from the technical specification to the documentation for participation in the PPL procedure for a period of 24 months from the conclusion-

Periodical delivery of bread and bakery products for the needs of Home Social Patronage, including bread - white, type, whole grain, etc., in quantities according to the technical specification of the contracting entity.

The Contracting Authority does not require the participants to be eligible (capacity).-for economic and financial standing. Requirements for personal status.

The assignor removes from participation in the procedure a participant for whom at least one of the circumstances referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 of the Public Procurement Act, namely convictions for crimes under Art. 194-208, Art. 213a-217, Art. 219-252 and Art. 254a-255a and Art. 256-260 of NC; violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1-or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code; violations under Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act; circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС, if the exceptions under Art. 4; circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law on Protection of Competition; as well as participants representing related parties pursuant to - 2, item 45 of the Law on State Ownership. The absence of these circumstances is evidenced by the completion of Part III of the EUEDOP, -in the applicable fields according to the documentation in the documentation. The Contracting Authority shall require from the participant selected as contractor a declaration under Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 of the LMML. In order to prove the lack of grounds for removal, the participant selected as a contractor shall submit a certificate from the bodies of the Executive Agency "Labor Inspectorate" Other Remedies under Article 107 of the Public Procurement Act.and the performance of the contract shall be secured by the tenderer designated as contractor at the time of signing the contract for the relevant lot in the amount of 3% of the contract value excluding VAT. The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms:

- cash,

- bank guarantee,

- insurance.

If a bank guarantee is presented, it must be unconditional and irrevocable, in it yes-the name of the contract is recorded and must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the contract.

Insurance that ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability.

The insurance can not be used to guarantee the contractor's liability under another contract.
