The subject of the order is the supply of food and drink products mainly for staff catering. The subject of the contract is the supply of food goods and the supply of food and drink mainly for staff catering. The assortment of foodstuffs and foodstuffs is approximate by the Codes of the Common Procurement Agreement (CPV) and by the specific list of the assortment, which is given in Annex no. 1 part B.3(1) (a) he, neither his statutory body nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body nor the prosecutor, who has been finally convicted, has been convicted of a public contract criminal offense of corruption of the Communities' financial interests, criminal offense of the legalization of-criminal offense of founding, assembling and supporting a criminal group, criminal act of founding, forming or supporting a terrorist group, a criminal offense of terrorism and some forms of terrorism, a criminal offense of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense which is based on business or criminal the act of machining in public procurement and public auction,

In the case of an applicant who is formed by the group dodrequired to show that the conditions for participation in a personal status are met individually for each member of the group. The repair of the supply of the goods, the construction works or the provision of the service shall be demonstrated by a member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the order which I shall provide.

A person with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic in case-situation according to - 32 par. (4) and (5) of the Public Procurement Act shall apply in accordance with this provision. The applicant may prove that the conditions for the recognition of a person's status entered in the list of economic operators or an equivalent entry or confirmation of a registration issued by the competent body of another Member State, which is equivalent to the document submitted to the applicantthe law was enforced. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws. In view of the terms of the part, the technical specifications, the evaluation criteria or the performance conditions Contracts - (d) None of these. (a) The supporting documents shall be providedon the profile of the contracting authority http://www.uvo.gov.sk/reporting/profiles/detail/2345 according to point I.1 of this invitation, from which the interested persons can download them. In the same place, the contracting authority publishes the award of the non-distribution of the contract in part in accordance with - 28 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act.

F) According to - 39 par. (1) of the Public Procurement Act, the economic operator may provisionally replace the documents for proof of fulfillment of the conditions of participation by the Single European Document (JED). The contracting authority shall only be able to complete the global statementin Part IV. The conditions of the JED, in Part IV. It is not necessary for the applicant to fill out other data in addition to the global data on the fulfillment of all the conditions. The public procurer may, at any time during the course of the contract, ask the applicant to submit a document or documents replaced by the JED. The provider shall deliver the documents to the publicwithin 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request if the contracting authority has not specified a longer period. The annex of the tender documents is completed by Part I of the JED in the .pdf format. The Public Procurement Officer advises Applicants / Entities to download the JED form in the .rtf form, allowing it to be filled in directly, downloaded from the UVO web site and the data listed in the .pdf file containing the information tthe procedure and the identification of the contracting authority were transferred / transcribed to him / her. g) In the event that the bid price the applicant without VAT will be higher than the estimated value of the order determined by the contracting authority without VAT, the European contractor considers this offer to be unacceptable and does not accept it
