Reference Number: 2018 - MAINTENANCE - Cleaning products

These specifications are for a framework agreement for 4 years.

The tenderer produces the Single Market Documente, which consists of an actual self-declaration, which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate is :

1 is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2 rdto the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71 of the Law of 17 June 2016. (1) An appropriate bank declaration drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex 11 to the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017; (2) a statement concerning the overall turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, Last years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the activities of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures are available.

Site visit required and not to participate the visit of the site gives rise to the nullity of the offer:

the tenderer who would not have participated in the visit of the places of the precedent march of 2.2.2018 is required to make a site visit under penalty of nullity of its offer.

To do this, the bidder makes an appointment with the brigadieres responsible for each site to the numbers below:
