At this tender, the Contracting Party wishes to obtain offers for professional cleaning machines divided into categories from 1 - 5, scouring machines, annual service and repair of the machines for the City of Copenhagen.

The client estimates that the City of Copenhagen in the years 2016 and 2017 bought for DKK 3, 500, 000machines, accessories, repairs and servicing of machines. It is estimated that a total of 175 machines have been purchased, divided into the categories in Appendix 1 - Technical Specification. The amount is, however, excluded, and the winning bidder cannot claim the turnover realized.

The contractor`s requirements for contract terms are stated inThe draft contract (Appendix A), while the requirements for the service are described in detail in the technical specification (Appendix 1)
