The offer includes 13 framework agreements for repair workworks within the following 7 professional contract types (painting, cleaning, floor grinding, carpentry, masonry, electrical and plumbing) to the client`s moving apartments. The client manages and maintains over 5, 000 lease templates located in Fredericia and its environs divided into a total of 4 areas. walls, ceilings, woodwork, fixtures and fittings and responsibility forcoordination and preparation of work schedule for own and other professional contract work necessary in connection with the execution of renovation work in moving apartments.

Applicant must disclose the result before tax for the last 3 financial years. .

It should be noted that the economic indication of itthe total value of all 13 Framework Agreements (clause II.1.5) and for each of the Framework Agreements included in clause. II.2.6 (for each framework agreement) expresses the total value incl. VAT applicable for the entire framework agreement period (ie 24 months and any additional extension for 2 times 1 year).orstas as the 13 Framework Agreements covered by this invitation to tender.
