Total gross volume built: 192, 000 m. 1 tower of 24 levels (ground floor, 22 floors of offices, technical floor) and 4 floors of basements. 1 main building consists of 6 levels ofe offices, a roof level and 4 levels of basement 1 building names Welcome Pavilion to welcome visitors. The project is carried out on the plot of land in a space bounded by the Konrad Adenauer boulevard to the north, Erasme street to the east and Antoine de Saint-Exupery street to the south, district of Kirchberg in Luxembourg city. The duration of the work is 988 working days witha start of work planned for the first half of 2020.

Total gross area built: 49, 500 m. Total gross volume built: 192, 000 m. 1 tower of 24 levels (ground floor, 22 floors of offices, technical floor) and 4 floors of basements. 1 main building consists of 6 levels of offices, a roof level and 4 levels of basement 1 building called Welcome Pavilion to accommodatevisitors. The project is carried out on the plot of land in a space bounded by the Konrad Adenauer boulevard to the north, Erasme street to the east and Antoine de Saint-Exupery street to the south, district of Kirchberg in Luxembourg city. The work, object of this batch, concerns the supply and the putting into service of 2 systems of automatic extinction by sprinting of sprin type waterkler respectively serving phases 1 and 2 according to the following general principles. Phase 1: protection of almost all (except protected and electrical premises) levels -4 to 0 by an under-air system. The rest of the premises is controlled by posts. The outer parts of the ramps delivery (entry and exit) are subject to risks of frost and glycolees. Phase 2 and WelcomPavilion: protection of the whole (except protected and electrical premises) of the building, levels -4 to 23 by an under-air system for the infrastructure, the rest of the premises is controlled by posts. The duration of the work is 988 working days with a start of the work planned for the first half of 2020.
