This invitation to tender relates to the following:

- planning and engineering,

- supply and delivery of components according to applicable standards and provisions,

- planning and direction of assembly

Conditions governing the procedureduration: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women. appeal: according to art. 30 LMP, the present publication may be attacked within a period of two0 days from notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; will be attached a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence, when-are available.

Closing time for submission of tenders / remarks: the offer must be submitted in writing, complete and within the time limit. Tenders must be sent by post A recommended. An acknowledgment of receipt (of the post office, with the tracking number) is to be sent to the e-mail address indicated in - 1.1, at the latest on the date of submission of the offer indicated in - 1.4. When the offer is handed over to a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation abroad, the tendernaire shall send to Swissgrid AG by e-mail (at the e-mail address indicated in - 1.1) the acknowledgment of receipt of the corresponding representation, at the latest on the date of submission of the offer indicated in - 1.4. Tenders sent with a private service (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc.) must be received before the date specified in - 1.4. Tenders can not be delivered in person, theywill not be accepted on site. Bids submitted late, incomplete or without a handwritten signature will be excluded from the evaluation and returned to the tenderer. The envelope of documents should be closed and marked: Angebot - Nicht oeffnen.

Remarks (deadline for written questions): no information will be provided orally. The questions rto the tender documents will only be taken into consideration with the form attached to the tender documents in the written form and must be sent by email to the address mentioned in - 1.1, up to the dates mentioned in - 1.3. He will not be answering questions submitted after the deadline. Questions and answers will be sent to all candidates who haveure tender documents via SIMAP that participate in the mandatory visit. The authors of the questions remain anonymous.
