ESPON First Level Financial Control 2019-2022

The objective of the service contract "First Level Financial Control 2019-2022" is to perform First Level Control (FLC) of the ESPON EGTC costs in compliance with EU, national and programme regulations. The duty of the First Level Controller is to validate the expenditures declared by the ESPON EGTC to the ESPON 2020 Programme authorities for the period 2019-2022.
