Hankinnan kohteena on Expertise service for the provision of independent securities clearinghouse services in the event of a resolution call from credit institutions and investment firms (hereinafter referred to as "the above institution") directly under the authority of the Financial Stability Authority, as specified in the call for tenders. In addition, the contracting entity may procure the other through a framework agreementa professional services as described in the request for quotation. The service to be procured is described in appendix 1 Description of the subject matter of the tender.

A framework arrangement will be established on the basis of competitive tendering. Inside the framework arrangement, supplier selection will take placelighter tender tendering. Lighter competition and arranging for the winners of the suppliers selected to be the framework vendors for the contract. The way in which the framework arrangement is organized is described in more detail in the Call for Proposals section of the call for tenders and in annex 5 Framework Agreement. The assignments refer to the entities mentioned in Annex 1 Description of the subject of the procurementn. The subject of the assignment is to be specified in lighter tender procedures.

The Procurement Unit estimates that the volume of the framework arrangement includes a significant degree of uncertainty. The uncertainty arises as to whether the resolution period for an institution falling within the competence of the Financial Stability Agency will be fulfilled during the contractual period of the framework arrangement. The necessary resolution in the event of a resolution(value breakdown) is estimated at 50-300 htp. The purchasing volume of other expert services procured through the framework arrangement is estimated by the purchasing unit to be about 10-50 htp per year. The estimate is not binding on the contracting entity.
