1st The observer must meet the conditions for the person's personal status under Section 32 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of someof the laws in the wording of the later regulations and to prove their fulfillment by submitting original documents or certified copies thereof in accordance with - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 and para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The tenderer in the public procurement may prove fulfillment of the conditions of the part entered in the list of economic entities in the sense of - 152 par. 1 Act on Public Procurement

3. According to - 39 of the Actand on public procurement, the applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions specified by the European Single Document (JED) to the contracting authority. The form of a single European document is set out in Attachment no. 2 of the tender documents. The tenderer who makes a group of contractors involved in public procurement proves that the conditions for theand personal status, for each member of the group separately. The contracting entity shall provide a detailed definition of the requirements for compliance with the conditions of participation in the contract as specified in III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3) of this notice and the unconditional, unrestricted and direct access to the profile of the Procurer on the website of the Procurer: www.uvo. gov.sk/vyhladavanie-profilov/zakazky/8243.

2. Interestingly informs-(the letter), which will be sent to the contact address of the contractor mentioned in part I.1) or by mail to jana.bucanyova@seas.sk with the name of Siran Ferdinand. The Advertiser recommends all those who have withdrawn the subproblems from the profile to notify this fact by e-mail to the contact address mentioned in point I. 1) of this noticei with contact details. In the event that an entrant fails to send this information to a contact email, the sponsor is not responsible for failing to explain the information contained in the tender documents. Interested parties are required to provide evidence of compliance with the terms and conditions set out in Section III.1) Conditions for the publication of this notice in closed, opaque packaging in person or by post(s) to the address of the contracting entity under point I.1) and within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2 of this notice. In the case of a group of suppliers empowered, the representative of the person entitled to act for a group of suppliers shall state this fact when submitting documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions. Documents proving the fulfillment of all the conditions of the part must be submitted in the Slovak language. If a document or document is created in a foreign language, she pretendedda together with his official translation into the Slovak language; it does not apply for documents and documents prepared in Czech. If you find out the difference in their content, the judge is a tradable translation into the Slovak language. Interested parties who meet the conditions of part-time, the contractor will be invited to submit basic offers, which will be the basis for the subsequent negotiations.
