Missions relating to the safety of hydraulic structures

Missions relative to the safety of hydraulic structures (including thorough technical visit, report writings monitoring, setting up and surveying a dam dam system, the survey report, conducting hazard studies, precursors for hydraulic safety, writing instructions, dams, the BDO database and technical assistance during visits to the department in charge ofcontrol of the safety of hydraulic structures.

Missions relative to the safety of the hydraulic structures: - mission 1: thorough technical visit, - mission 2: monitoring report, - mission 3: installation of a system of auscultation of the dam, mission 4: report of the survey, mission 9: information from the database (BDO), mission 10: technical assistance duringvisits by the department in charge of the control of the safety of the hydraulic works.

- extract k-bis or equivalent and the powers of the person authorized to engage the candidate including, where there is a grouping, where appropriate, the necessary clearances to represent the undertakings at the stage of awarding the contract.the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering at most the last 3 years available according to the date of creation of the economic activity or start-up activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available.

The contracting authorityur, with a view to promoting employment and combating exclusion, has decided to apply Articles L. 2112-2 to 4 and L. 2312-1 and 2 of the Public Order Code. The chosen company, whatever it is, undertakes for the execution of this framework agreement, to implement an action of insertion which allows the access or the return to the job of people having difficultiesparticular social or professional rights, respecting the number of hours defined in Article 5 of the undertaking act. An offer that does not meet this condition will be inadmissible for non-compliance with the specifications.
