Ensure realization of exhibitions at Novum and Novum Ket in the years 2019-2020 - re-announcement

The public bid is divided into two separate parts:

Main Site: Whole World according to individual foreign exhibitions and trade fairs listed on the Action List Novumm and Novumm Ket (Attachment 4 of the Invitation Documentation 2 sheets with separate lists)

Public Prohibitionka is divided into two separate parts:

1. part of the public bids: Novumm,

2. Part of the public offer: Novum Ket.

The participant may submit his / her bid in both parts or only in one part of the public bids. The detailed specification of the subject is fulfilled in individual periods and is listed below, in section 6 and annexes 5 and 6 of the accompanying dossier.

I have not caused a supplier who: (a) was in the land of hisduring the last 5 years before the commencement of the opening proceedings, is legally sentenced for a criminal offense listed in Attachment 3 of the Act or a similar offense under the legal order of the supplier`s country of residence; (b) in the Czech Republic or in the country of the Czech Republic or in the country of its registry, the tax arrears are due to be recorded in the tax records, (c) the Czech Republic or the country of the insurer is due to pay a security depositor (d) in the Czech Republic or in the country of his reinsurance, the arrears of insurance or social security penalties and contributions to the state employment policy are payable; (e) he is in liquidation against whom a decision has been taken of the offense against which the order was imposed under another law or in a similar situation according to the law of the country sidq The Supplier proves that the conditions of the basic capability have been fulfilled in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: a) the extract from the Criminal Records Register for item 5.2. a) Documentation, if the supplier is a legal person, this person must comply with this rule person and each member of the statutory body. If a person is a member of the statutory body of the supplier, the person has to do so(b) confirmation of the relevant financial institution in relation to item 5.2 of the letter. (b) the filing documentation, (c) a written declaration of honor in relation to the excise duty referred to in point 5.2. b) filing documentation,

d) written declaration of honor in relation-public health insurance under point 5.2. c) filing documentation, e) confirmation of the relevant district social security administration in relation to item 5.2 of the letter. (d) filing documentation, (f) writing off a commercial register, or submitting a written declaration of honor, provided that it is not registered in the Commercial Register in relation to point 5.2. e) Documentation.

Professional competence:

Fullythe professional qualification shall be proved by a participant who, pursuant to the provisions of Section 77 (1) of the Act, submits, in respect of the Czech Republic, an extract from the Commercial Register or similarly to the Register, if another legal regulation requires such a record to be filed. the scope of the subject matter of the public contract, in particular a document proving thelaw or trade registration, especially for activities:

- Operation of cultural, cultural, educational and entertaining facilities, organizing cultural productions, entertainments, exhibitions, trade fairs, exhibitions and similar events, or - Advertising activities, marketing,

- Organization and provision of exhibit services.
