The economic operator must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in the Member State of establishment.Each bid must be accompanied by a Participation Guarantee in favor of the Participant for an amount that will cover 2% of the total budgeted cost, excluding VAT. value of the contract without VAT and valid for two (2) months beyond the contractual delivery time.Participation and performance training must provide that in the event of their being dropped, the amount owed shall be subject to the stamp duty applicable at any time. its receipt, according to the relevant protocol.

If an advance payment option is selected, interest will be deducted upon the advance payment upon payment.Period calculated from the date of its receipt until the date of final qualitative and quantitative receipt.
