Organizationally arrange and implement the MDV SR at international fairs and exhibitions of tourism (fairs / exhibitions) realized on the basis of the frame agreements and written orders.Individual fairs / exhibitions differ in different venues and metroat the exhibition area, specifically 2 types 30 m and 60 m.

Dissolution of the non-distribution of the bid:

Since the individual fulfillment of the framework agreement is carried out in different markets and in different countries, which differ according to legislative standards as well as to the custom / habitsit is necessary to ensure that all the related services and goods are filled in by one supplier. Each of them fulfills the business together and represents a comprehensive product that is a key to creating a unified concept of a healthy tourism presentation abroad. The use of 1 provider allows a more efficient use of funds through re-use of technical30 m and 60 m exhibit elements for the organizational security of individual exhibitions / exhibitions. The Applicant must meet the conditions stated in - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO"). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 152 para. 1 ZVO (entered in the list of economic subjectsArticle 152 3 ZVO.

The entry in the list of economic operators is effective against any public contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "public contracting authority" or "VO") and the information specified therein is not necessary in the procurement procedures to be verified. The Public Procurer when evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status, verifies the entry of the economic entity in the list of economic sub-if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 or an equivalent entry or registration certificate pursuant to Section 152 3 ZVO.

Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out under Act no. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended by later regulations effective until April 17, 2016, is entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts

The group of suppliers proves that the conditions for the partial settlement under - 32 par. 1 ZVO - for each member of the group separately and the condition of part time pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The GVA proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the order to ensure. - 33 par. 1 letter. a) ZVO

1. When placing the order, the electronic communication (EK) establishes the electronic communication system, which is realized through the electrical systempublic procurement (EVO - stare) - https://evo.gov.sk. The procedure is modified in the Employer / Applicant's Guide - EVO Handbook for Entrepreneurs / Entrepreneurs - Public Procurement (Version 2, 16.6.2014), which is published on the EVO portal page https://evo.gov.sk in the menu item "Manuals for / D '.

2nd In order to participate in this order, it is necessary to register with EVO- sta, under the order no.89.04 with the name "Fair and Exhibitions", which is published on the EVO portal (https://evo.gov.sk)

3. The supporting documents will be accessible in the VO profile and through the EVO-stare registered enthusiast. I am interested in direct and unrestricted access to the substrates and therefore the VO will not provide the interested parties with tender documents in paper form. Any explanation in this order is done electronicallyy through EVO - stare. Phone contacts only serve to confirm the functionality of the system, delivery information, etc., not for explanation. The EC can also be run through other information systems or according to Act no. 305/2013 Coll. on the electronic form of performance of public authorities and on the amendment of certain laws to the applicant's electronic mailbox. A condition for the EC-in the EVO-state and submission of tenders is that the Z / U has the appropriate technical prerequisites and equipment necessary for the use of the EVO-stare, which is stated in the parts of the EVO-state instruction. In case of need, Z / U can electronically ask for help with work in EVO-stare on the helpdesk e-mail: helpdesk_evo@uvo.gov.sk. Due to the entry into force of - 20 of the ZVO, which sets out the obligation of the EC-from 18.10.2018, information on the electronic apparatus may be communicated through which the EC will take place after 19.10.2018

09. Documents demonstrating compliance with the conditions of participation set out in this award may be replaced by the applicant under Section 39 of the GVA. From the proposed Single European Document (JED), it is essential to provide information on the fulfillment of all the specified conditions-part and information about the proof of the specified conditions of participation in this procedure for the award of the order in respect of the provision of Section 33 par. 2 and - 34 par. 3 ZVO.

10. I will exclude Z / U if I suspect that there are facts under - 40 par. 6 sheets. g) ZVO.

11. In the absence of the submission of documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions under Section 55-(1) ZVO, VO will evaluate the terms and conditions set in this notice after the evaluation of the offer, in the case of the applicant who ranks first in the ranking. The successful candidate will be invited to submit original documents or certified copies thereof unless they have been submitted electronically by the documents.

13. The PM is focused on social aspects. VO requests security for the offerin the amount of EUR 100 000. The composition of this security is stated in the tender documents. The conversion of the other currencies shall be converted into EUR prices according to the average annual rate of the ECB (European Central Bank) for the relevant calendar year. For the year 2018, the ECB's exchange rate on the date of publication of the announcement notice in the 16th. VO must not enter into a framework agreement with an applicant who is required to register-public sector partners and not entered in the register of public sector partners, or subcontractors and subcontractors under Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on public sector partners' registers and on the amendment of certain laws which are required to register with public sector partners and are not entered in the register of public sector partners.
