Obiectivul principal il reprezintă incheia contract for services for the promotion of the National Rural Development Program, the presentation of the activity of the Agency for Financing of Rural Investment, as well as the transparency of the management of the European funds and the equality of chances, divided into the regions in 9 lots, as follows:

Promoting the National Rural Development Program, presenting athe activities of the Agency for Financing of Rural Investment, as well as ensuring the transparency of the management of the European funds and equal opportunities, according to the tender book.

Lot 3 South East Region, the promotion will take place in: Constanta

Lot 3 includes:

- event package that includes rental room with a capacity of about 250 people and services-arranging,

- purchasing catering services for about 250 people,

- moderator rental,

- acquisition and personalization of 20 panels with photos investment PNDR,

- rental of video projection services,

- rental of services provided by artists,

- sound system rental (4 fixed microphones 4 mobile microphones),

speaker rental.
