The subject of the contract is the supply of cement and adhesive used in JAVYS, a.s. in the manufacture of fiber reinforced concrete containers (VBK). Further information is provided in the tender documents.

Supply of cement and adhesive materials used in JAVYS, a.s. with you(VBK). Further information is provided in the tender documents. The Applicant must meet the conditions for the person's personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Section 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the Lawthe electronic form of the documents and subsequently the applicant in the first place in the order will be asked to submit the original documents or their certified copies, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant whose name is entered in the list of economic operators is not obliged to submit documents in order to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of his / her personal status according to the-- 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate, but not necessarily, to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of economic subjects kept by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to enter it in this list look up. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement andon the amendment of the acts in the wording of the later regulations is entered into the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act.
