The services provided by the Contractor are as perapplicable legislation required to fully implement the environmental monitoring program for waste disposal sites in the West Attica EEDA, the restored Attica HADA, Schistos Waste Transfer Station, HYTHY and HADA Kythira.

Suitability of professional activity

The economic operators involvedinvolved in the process of concluding this contract are required to pursue a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirements.Note is set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. Where economic operators are required to have a specific approval or to be a member of a specific organization in order to be able to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority may require them to prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that organization. or invite them to viewin an affidavit before a notary public concerning the pursuit of that profession. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries acceding to the GPA or third countries not covered by the foregoing and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on matters procedures assignedPublic procurement is required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers. Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Commerce.

To participate validly in the process of concluding this contract, the participating economic operators (bidders) must submit a letter of guarantee.or participation, amounting to thirteen thousand six hundred and twenty (EUR 13 620.00).

In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee shall also include the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association.

The bid guarantee must be valid for at least thirty (30) days after the expiry of the offerof Article 2.4.5 herein, otherwise the tender shall be rejected. The contracting authority may, before the expiry of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend, before their expiry, the period of validity of the tender and the tender guarantee.
