The subject of the acquisition is a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the Helsinki City Transport (HKL) metro and tramway railroad track and metro metro kunn

HKL is acquiring a new and modern ERP system that will replace the existing obsolete and system. In addition, HKL`s current financial management SAP system will be upgraded to SAP S / 4 Hana.

The acquisition will include the following parts: n the current financial management SAP-jaersystem upgrade to SAP S / 4 Hana

3) possible ERP support, maintenance and disruption service agreement for four (4) years plus three (3) years in one (1) year periods

4) possible SAP S / 4 Hana support, maintenance, and breakdown service agreement for four (4) years plus three (3) years in one (1) year periods

5) andLicenses required, permissions and any additional or change orders that may be ordered by the subscriber.

One (1) journalist for the Framework Arrangement. The supplier is obliged to provide the customer, upon request, with an estimate of the cost and duration of the order prior to the execution of the order. the mandate ofmay be subject to a written agreement or an order procedure. The contractual periods for contracts based on a framework contract shall be agreed on a case-by-case basis. The Framework Arrangement does not grant the Supplier the exclusive right to provide the services covered by the Framework Arrangement.
