Συμφωνία - πλαίσιο, για την εκπόνηση μελετών περιβαλλοντικών αδειοδοτήσεων Ε.Ε.Λ.The aim of the framework agreement is the maturation of wastewater treatment projects on the island of Rhodes (new projects or extension and upgrading of existing projects), while at the same time, the problem solving, with environmental permits for existing waste management projects, which mainly consist ofthe requirement to adapt to current environmental legislation. Finally, the project includes re-use studies from existing or new Wastewater Treatment Plants for the use of properly treated wastewater, primarily for irrigation in agriculture or, as the case may be, for other uses such as urban or suburban use. Main Site: ΝIn the context of the framework agreement, studies of projects for the supply of sewage, treatment facilities and sewage projects, as well as the reuse of treated wastewater, will be included in the Rhodes Island

These projects will be either new projects or will concern upgrading and / or extension of existing projects.

The supply projects will include, as the case may be:

- pump(KAA), from the boundary of the internal network of impurities of the covered settlements, up to the location of the EEL. .A. will be either gravity ducts or central depressant ducts, of the aforementioned pumping stations. will include the required sewage treatment works to achieve-the degree of treatment required by the environmental studies and the relevant GNP.

The disposal projects will include the required pumping stations, tanks and transport pipelines for the disposal of the treated effluent as appropriate:

- to water recipients,

- in intermittent flow streams.

Also, the case of the re-use of the treated fluids-(for irrigation, for urban or suburban use, etc.), with priority being given to their utilization for irrigation in agriculture.

For the maturation of the aforementioned projects, the following categories of studies included in the framework agreement are required: 09: electromechanical studies,

- class 13: hydraulic studies,

- class 16: topographical studies,

- class 18:-chemical engineering (X / M) studies,

- category 21: geotechnical studies,

- category 27: environmental studies.

Tenderers are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of residence. Tenderers established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the registers of designers or study firms in the categoryunder Article 12.1 of the Convention:
