The subject of the contract is the elaboration of New Design Standards Revizia STN 73 6101, 73 6102, 73 6110, 73 6100 and the current STN update (hereinafter referred to as Revision STN) based on experience with their application directly in practice with the aim of eliminating- The applicant must meet the conditions of participation specified in - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Outcomes as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "PPA"). 2 ZVO, resp. ods. 4, par. 5, Art. 152 para. 1 (entry in the list of economic operators) or - 152 par.

The entry in the list of economic operators is made against each RO and the data contained therein do not need to be verified in the procurement procedures. In evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status, the ROI verifies the entry of an economic entity in the list of economic entities, if the applicant has not submitted documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2, 4 and 5 or other equivalent entry or confirmationRegistration record according to - 152 par.

Group of suppliers demonstrates fulfillment of conditions of participation according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act - for each member of the group separately and the condition of participation according to - 32 para. 1 pism. e) The PPA shall be proven by the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the contract which he / she has to arrange for me. 2 of the Act and under - 34 fromwith.

The tenderer submits in his tender documents as scans in .pdf format through the EVO Information System (hereinafter referred to as "IS EVO"). 3 of the PPA verifies data concerning the conditions of participation pursuant to - 32 para. 2 ZVO through public administration information systems according to a special regulation - portal oversi.gov.sk. Currently, I have access to the document under - 32 para. 1 pism. e) ZVO. Ostatne dothe applicant / tenderer shall submit the bids in the tender. 1 pism. a) Tenderer submits statements or equivalent document from a bank or a branch of a foreign bank or a foreign bank (hereinafter referred to as "the bank")

7) In the case of questions concerning the EVO system, Z / U can ask for help with work in EVO version 18.0 electronically at the e-mail address helpdesk_evo@uvo.gov.sk or by phone during working days from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm to 02 502 64 370.

8) VO recommends Z / U to follow updated information pertainingAs regards the EVO system on the UVO web site (candidate / applicant manuals, video guides, FAQs, etc.).

9) The PO warns Z / U that tenders are submitted electronically exclusively through the upgraded EVO version 18.0.

10) U / Z can provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation determined by the VO by the Single European Document - JED pursuant to - 39 of the Act. JED can be found at https: //www.uvo.gov.sk/legislativametodikadohlad/jednotny-europsky-dokument-605.html, in which it declares that it meets all the conditions for participation designated by the RO and provides the RO on request with documents which it replaced by JED.

11) If the applicant proves fulfillment of conditions Participation through JED in Part IV JED can only fill in section: Global data for all conditions of participation without having to fill in other sections of Part IVD.

12) In the event that the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation sooner according to - 55 para.

13) The successful tenderer will be asked to present the original documents or their certified copies unless the document has been submitted.(14) The contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement of the tenderer or candidate if, on the basis of reliable information, he suspects that the tenderer or candidate has concluded an agreement distorting economic competition in that tender with another economic operator - pursuant to - 40 para. 6 pism. g) ZVO

15) To quantify the contract price in the list of services provided, prwhen converting another currency into the euro, the exchange rate of the European Central Bank valid on the date of dispatch of this contract notice for publication in the EU Official Journal will be used.

16) The contracting authority reserves the right not to sign the contract if listed in point II.1.5) of the notice
