The contract will be carried out on 2 stages, as follows:

Stage 1. Elaboration of technical documentation, obtaining approvals, agreements, building permit, etc.

Stage 2. Technical assistance from the designer.

The total duration of the service contract will be 25 months from the date signing, as follows:

Technical assistance from the designer - the technical assistance services during the execution of the works related to the 2nd stage, will run from the date of the communication of the Order for starting the execution of the works by the Contractor, issued by the Concursant Authority, the possibility of automatic extension without the need for an express will of the PAin case of exceeding, for reasons independent of the fault of the Contracting Authority, the deadlines for carrying out the works stipulated in the works contract or other terms of the works contract, which exceeds the need for further services by the Designer. 1 - Declaration of non-compliancein the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement; the economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. The framing of the situation stipulated in art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement leads to the exclusion of the bidder from the procedure applied for the awarding of cof the public procurement contract. 2 - Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 165 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, corroborated with art. 166 par. (2) of the same normative act.
