The offer deals with a framework agreement concerning the purchase of vehicles for ambulance services. The task offered includes delivery and construction of the vehicles and the possibility of servicetalk. The tender is being carried out for the Region Hovedstaden, Region of Southern Denmark and Region Midtjylland, Region Nordjylland (as option) and Region Zealand country (as option) Region Midtjylland is the coordinator of the tender procedure. Contract will be concluded separately for the individual region.

Arsomsaetning / netomsetning.

In addition to the mandatory grounds for exclusion in Udbsection 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act, the following voluntary grounds for exclusion apply to this offer (reference is made to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act for the final and complete wording of the aforementioned provisions): - - Infringement of obligations under the environmental legislation, cf. Section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1,

- Bankruptcy, insolvency, forced settlement without bankruptcy, a situationwhich corresponds to bankruptcy under national law, assets are administered by a trustee or the business is suspended, cf. section 137 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 - Agreements with other economic operators for the purpose of distortion of competition, cf. section 137 (1) (4) of the Public Procurement Act - The tenderer has wrongly attempted to influence the contracting party's decision-making process etc. cf. Section 137 of the Public Procurement Act .PCS. 1, point 6.

It is noted that a Tenderer who has unpaid debts owed to public authorities regarding taxes, taxes or contributions to social security schemes will be excluded solely on this basis if this debt is DKK 100, 000 or more .
